Suupmi is operated by OptimAI Labs. For questions about your information, requests to withdraw from the waitlist, or security concerns, contact contact@suupmi.com.

What you share and why

Our forms collect your name, email, optional company or team, model interest and any description you choose to provide. We use waitlist submissions to contact you about access to Suupmi. We use solution and contact requests to evaluate your needs and reply to you. Submitting a form does not create an account or a paid subscription.

Storage and access

Form submissions are stored privately on our OVH server in France for up to one year. Chat sessions last 24 hours so you can continue the conversation. Expired session data is removed during daily cleanup. If you request email follow-up, we keep the conversation with your request for up to one year. Public visitors cannot read other people’s submissions.

Optional conversation review

Only if you tick the optional review box, OptimAI Labs keeps a private copy of this conversation and its recommendations for up to 90 days from your choice. Our team may read it to understand demand, assess recommendation quality and improve the catalog and questions. This consent is optional: declining does not affect your chat. It does not permit model training, advertising or contacting you.

You can uncheck the box during the active chat, or delete all review copies associated with this browser below, even after the chat session expires. Review copies are excluded from recovery backups. A private cookie lasting up to 90 days lets this browser manage its saved copies. If you clear cookies or use another device, contact us for help locating your information; do not send sensitive details in your request.

Purposes and legal bases

We process chat and solution requests to provide the service and respond to steps you request before a possible contract. Optional conversation review and waitlist contact rely on your consent, which you may withdraw. Abuse prevention relies on our legitimate interest in protecting the service. We keep daily totals of response types and AI availability without message text, cookies, IP addresses or conversation identifiers for up to one year.

Please avoid personal, sensitive or confidential information. We do not use chats or submissions to train models without separate permission and review. Only authorized team members may review copies; unnecessary personal information must be deleted. Expired review copies are removed during daily cleanup, within 24 hours of expiry. Contact-request recovery backups expire within seven days; review copies and active chat histories are excluded from new backups.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, using the email above. Please identify the email address used for your submission so we can locate it. We may need to verify your request before sharing or changing personal information.

You may also request restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests, request portability where applicable, or complain to your data-protection authority, such as the CNIL in France. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully before withdrawal.

Website preferences

The finder uses an essential session cookie lasting up to 24 hours. We hash IP addresses to enforce abuse limits. Chat text is processed by AWS Bedrock in the United States to select catalog models; please do not send confidential data or personal information. The site loads fonts from Google. Your language preference is stored in your browser and can be cleared in its settings.

Before sharing project data

Use the request form to start a conversation. We will discuss data handling, access requirements and the scope of any service before asking you to share project datasets. For a security report, email us with a description of the issue and avoid including credentials or other people’s personal information.
